Sweepstakes Syndicating Firms?

Greetings, Listees...

In the old days there used to be "Sweepstakes
Syndicating Firms" who would syndicate sweepstakes
prizes. (firms "share" in the 'use' of the prizes in
return for consideration, and the mailing list of those
who enter the sweep.)

Anyone know of any of those firms doing so on the web?

One of our sites is about to launch a new online
product and would like to "GIVE AWAY" some prizes to
those initial customers.

Can't afford anything like a car or computer system or
anything like that.

Please let me know if you have experience or knowledge
of any good programs available.

TIP: Several sites could join together to purchase ONE
     grand prize, then utilize that prize in all of
     their sites for motivating people to "Register to
     Win". The "response" vehicle could also promote
     all the partnering sites, with links, etc to their
     content areas.
