What kind of setup and ongoing fees were involved with
those? I had gotten information from one company that
put the price range outside what most small businesses
would be able to afford. (Something like a $10,000 in
setup/startup fees - the service seemed mostly
targetted at very large businesses with very large
mailing lists.)
