Hello,

 We are a small/medium sized newspaper in High Point,
NC <www.hpe.com>. We are currently doing some small
advertising on our Web site. As of Jan.1, we have a FT
sales person to help us expand our online sales.

I have been searching for examples of online
advertising and internet services contracts and
agreements. Unfortunately, I haven't been very
successful in finding any.

It would be so helpful if anyone could point me in the
right direction to look for these forms. If you have
some that you would like to share I would greatly
appreciate that as well. Also if there is something
that you have run across in the past that we should be
aware of to include in our contracts please include
that as well.
