Another way to do this is to buy an insurance policy
for a large sweepstakes prize, where the odds of
winning are low -- and therefor so is your cost. You
can promote an incredible Grand Prize. In the cases
where someone wins, the insurance company pays off on
the policy. Very similar to hole-in-one insurance.
