There are several companies that will host and help you
set up lists small and large. One of the best
commercial grade software out there is Lyris. It
features fail safe unsubscribe and double opt-in
capabilities. It is expensive to buy and run.

Thus, we use a list hosting service called
OnLineVentures International
(http://www.onlineventures.net/). They worked with us
when we were very small. Now, we are much larger - we
sent out over 11 million 100% opt-in e-mail newsletters
last month and they are our exclusive list host. They
are very well known in list hosting circles and host
many small and large list owners. Great service.
