I think there is a "gap" between the major search
engines and architects' rolodexes which is best filled
by the "vertical" industry trade directories,
sourcebooks and corresponding web-based databases. I
have a client with just such an online directory. It's
also interesting to note that a good number of her
first-time visiting architects find her site via the
search engines.
