no this isn't spamming if you are sending press
releases to a newspaper. if you take the same email and
send it to a list that no this isn't spamming if you
are sending press releases to a newspaper. if you take
the same email and send it to a list that is unrelated,
then that would be considered spamming. i never regard
one to one emailing as spamming as I am sure very few
do. spamming, by most definitions i have seen, is a
term used to denote those that would blindly and with
reckless abandon send unsolicited messages to innocent
list members. the lists being questionable and not of
the opt-in type etc etc....
