Hello,
ClickTrade lets you e-mail your affiliates -- just
drop an email, tell them where you are moving, and why.
You could offer some form of 'sign on' bonus to promote
them to moving over to the new program, as well.
If this is a lead / bounty program you might want
to consider joining a network dedicated to those types
of programs -- they have plenty of affiliates ready to
place ads (http://www.cyberbounty.com/ is one such
place, or you could go with http://www.cj.com/ or
http://www.linkshare.com/). If you just want the
functionality of ClickTrade, http://clickxchange.com/
offers almost exactly the same service. The only major
difference is they respond to their affiliates
inquiries.
(Also, if it's a per-click program, CT is fading
them out anyway).
