We have used http://www.clickxchange.com for about 12
months. They are MUCH better than ClickTrade and offer
the same types of features, even more robust. We were
one of the first 10 companies to sign up with them.
Traffic has been very slow, but I suspect that will now
change with ClickTrade leaving this area. Superior
service with prompt e-mail responses.
Also, consider http://www.pennyweb.com which has
similar programs as well. Toll-free phone support that
is answered promptly.
We have been very impressed with the service from both
firms. Both take fraud seriously and respond by e-mail
or phone promptly.
As far as transition, use the ClickTrade e-mail notify
procedure and let the affiliates know you are moving
your program and how to sign-up with the new firm(s).
Or, convert from per click to per lead on ClickTrade
and just pay once people fill out a form for
information.
