There is a FAST subcommittee working on industry
standard terms & conditions. You should be able to find
their work on the site: http://www.fastinfo.org . Let
me know if you've got other questions along these lines
(Solbright has built a contract management system for
online ad sales, so I'm pretty familiar with the
issues).
