Auditors

I am "new" to the advertising industry, so I have many
questions that might be commonplace:

The MPA and BPA provide audited verification of
circulation for print. I presume Neilsen provides
"ratings" for the same purpose regarding TV and cable.
However, we are gearing up to provide "broadcast TV via
Internet." Are there any "recognized" auditing
agencies that provide these services for Internet
rich-media?
