Finding ad salespeople with experience

Hi--

I recently started a new advertising-based internet
company. I have been trying to hire a senior online
advertising sales manager, but I have had no luck. I
know how tight the job market is, but does anyone have
any suggestions about how to identify or recruit
experienced online advertising salespeople?
