Jerry, try Eric Ward's company at www.thewardgroup.com.
His company specializes in doing P.R.-type traffic
generation tactics, such as linking campaigns, press
releases and search engine optimization. I don't
believe he does the advertising-type traffic generation
tactics, such as banners or email marketing. For your
purposes, what he does is probably more effective, and
affordable as well.
