Signatures at the bottom of messages
Hello,
In the last few weeks I've noticed a few people who are
posting without attaching a signature file to the
bottom of the e-mail.....there are two good reasons to
attach a signature:
(1) I may be a prospective customer for your service,
but I won't know who you are or what you do unless
you sign your message
(2) If you DON'T attach a signature, I may wonder what
you are trying to hide! (sorry, my suspicious
nature)
So let's all be open and up-front here! Keep posting,
and I look forward to knowing you a little better!
