If the purpose of your site is to serve your
organization's members, keeping the same banner in
place for 30 days is probably good for both you and the
advertiser.

The advertiser gets multiple exposures of their message
to your site's hard core users and many more one-time
exposures to the curious. The result is some
dispersion for the client.

If your site's visitor are only "hard-core" and make up
the bulk of unique visitors, then it may make sense to
rotate the banners out more frequently.
