Difference between Doubleclicks Stats and server logs

We are having a bit of trouble with double click as
they say we are getting say 2000 page impressions per
day. And our stats package which is The Webalizer
which gets its info from our server's log files will
say that our page impressions are 10000.

Does anbody know what could be causing this difference
as its huge, we envisaged a 5% difference due to ad
blocking and images switched off but this is 80%
