Autoresponders are not spam. On the contrary they are a
great service to online consumers who may be a bit wary
of the order being processed correctly. Customer
service should not be confused with spam. Also, it's
perfectly OK to include cross-selling information in
these responses, as long as you keep them short and
simple. This is a valid marketing tactic, not a spam.
