Looking for Revenue Sharing Ideas

I'm a member of the Technology Council for a 3,000
member Chamber of Commerce in Pennsylvania. The
council was formed to help the chamber upgrade their
technology and to support members interest in becoming
more Internet savvy. We've completed the hardware,
software and network upgrade and we're planning
educational workshops to help members better
understand how to use the Internet to market and
promote their business. The website is finally up and
functional, including a searchable database by member
name and business type. Our goal is to provide the
members server space either for a small fee or in
exchange for advertising on their website. How do I go
about the latter? I know someone would love to
advertise to 3000 business owners and share the
revenue with the chamber, I just don't know where to
start to evaluate this option.
