Jerry,

Create special package that lets the customer save X%
on the added item. Assuming most of your customers are
print and they want to move online, then create chart
that shows the cost of the two separately and then the
cost of the two combined. In addition, if they are
print make it easy for people to go online - offer to
create a banner ad at no charge with the package.
