Aren't media companies required by law to provide time
for PSAs? My guess is that until it's required it
won't happen with the exception of people that feel
like donating to the cause. To assist in the
meantime, one idea would be to work in conjunction with
the American Cancer Society so that if a company ran
your PSAs, they could deduct it as a charitable
donation.
