This sounds like a question of your ambitions for the
site. If you intend to build as much traffic as
possible to the site, then the advertising model is
appropriate ("free" to users, and an attractive CPM to
advertisers). If you remain a niche site offering a
specific, targeted evaluation program, then a fee-based
site is a possibility, perhaps supported by advertisers
looking for your niche demographics.

IMHO, $15/mo. is a big fee...do you feel that users
will continue to visit your site over many months? Can
they get a similar service as part of a larger package
of financial services?
