I'm partial to Western International media, and like
the folks in their Los Angeles office (I don't know if
they have an office in S.F.)

I first dealt with them buying local broadcast for me
about 20 years ago and they seem to have made a great
transition to the Web. Rates are very good even if
they are part of a large organization. And no, I have
no ties to them.
