Just today I stumbled on content-exchange.com, though I
can't vouch for them at all. Seems like precisely what
you're looking for.

The other options: ISyndicate.com and
ScreamingMedia.com sell content into syndication... not
clear if they'd give you more traffic to your site,
seems more likely from my experience with them to date
that they'd want to just send you money for each site
that picked up your content. They do also have some
kind of service that feeds your headlines as part of a
content feed... I assume they get paid for each time
someone clicks through to your site from a headline in
one of their feeds, though the web magazine I'm with
(www.culturekiosque.com) has yet to deal with them on
that basis.
