You could join a network like mine (Penn Media). While
we don't value targeting (we "preach reach"),
newsletters in our network get a regular flow of paid
ads from us. We are non-exclusive so you can still
sell the space we don't buy from you. We do have some
size and frequency requirements and I need to look over
some sample issues.
