I used CentralAd 3 with good success....

I still use it for my no targeted, no cost solution...
I migrated to Accipiter AdBureau for better targeting
and keyword associations...

AdBureau is expensive... As is DoubleClick DART...

CentralAd 4 is suppose to be better... But I hear tech
support is an issue...

In regards to PHP Ads... I can't seem to get MySQL
working on NT... PHP is a Linux solution mostly I
think...
