Email service

In light of Donna Styrk's recent visit to ClickZ's
email conference, can anyone suggest a great email
service that can handle our newsletters' subscription
lists (subscribes and unsubscribes) and track click
thrus? The service we have now is very sporadic -
servers are always down, customer service questions
avoided, emails are always late, you name it - and
we're ready to look into some new services. I'm also
looking for a service that can measure click thrus
without using the service's long, tedious name , for
example, http://um3.unitymail.net/T/A40.6911.56.1.8242
I would rather use our own web sites and other's for
branding.
