CPM Busters - Affiliate Networks

I have come to a crossroad in regards to my current CPM
rate, solution and sales. Last year, MedExplorer was
almost 100% sold for inventory... This year is a
different story... With emerging networks...
Exploiting 'unsold' inventory, CPM rates I feel are
being 'busted'. For example, one solution I have
offers MedExplorer 50% of what it charges their client
for CPM. A company advertising with MedExplorer last
year at a $30.00 CPM, now advertises on the network at
perhaps $5.00 CPM, yet because MedExplorer is on this
network... They basically get the same
positioning/advertising for $5.00 that they got last
year for $30.00. Granted, this benefits the advertiser,
but sites such as MedExplorer take a beating...
Effectively getting a $2.50 CPM (high example - most
are $1.50).

There is a busting point for MedExplorer's CPM rate, it
is not a $5.00 CPM...

Ideas or strategies?
