Lyris. You can buy the program and hire a technical
person to run it or outsource the process to a service
bureau. We deliver over 20,000,000 opt-in newsletters
per month. We choose to outsource to one of the premier
Lyris hosting firms, SJMail/OLV

free hosting services.
