Hi,

I just wanted to respond to the above statement. I'm
not sure if I would say it is accurate to say that
AdJuggler is more difficult to install than CentralAd.
That is one of the areas where we have focused our
efforts in the past couple of years, as AdJuggler did
used to be very complex to install.

We currently have two separate AdJuggler Products.
AdJuggler Classic, which is our regular CGI program,
and is the successor to our older product, AdJuggler
3.1. This is fairly simple to install, and just
requires running an install script with some
information about the server and where the AdJuggler
data should be stored. We also have a newer product,
AdJuggler 4, which is a Java servlet. AJ4 itself isn't
necessarily that complicated to install, but Java and a
servlet engine definitely are. However, we have also
addressed this with a number of methods. We include a
SimpleInstall method which uses a built in webserver,
database and servlet engine to be able to get up and
running with AJ4 by just entering in three
configurations and running a start script.

In AdJuggler 4.1, which we are about to release, we
will be including a custom developed servlet installer
to ease the installation of AdJuggler 4 and other
servlets.

We definitely don't think we're done yet, and we're
constantly trying to improve the setup process. We are
always collecting user feedback and trying to get an
idea of what problems and difficulties there still are
in the install process, and we try and use that
feedback in subsequent updates to AdJuggler Classic and
AdJuggler 4.

However, we also provide very extensive installation
support, even before someone purchases the product. We
will walk them through the entire installation process
if necessary, and if that doesn't work, we will even do
the install for them.
