estimated banner cost

I have a wbesite "snowforecast.com" which is targeted
exclusively toward Southern California snowboarders/
skiers, and is the official snow and weather forecast
site for the 3 major resorts in Southern California
(these resorts have permanent home page links to my
site, which guarantees traffic), with 200,000 page
views per month. My question is, with a site that has
such a targeted market and decent traffic (probably
more "Southern California" skier/ snowboarder traffic
than any other site besides the resort sites
themselves), what is the going rate for a simple banner
ad, and what is the best way to go about selling the
space? Help is greatly appreciated, I have been
reading "online ads" for a while now, and my site has
been up for almost 3 years also. Thank You.
