Evaluating Spin Box

Spin Box Ad Serving or other cost effective solutions?

I am currently evaluating other advertising options.

Does anyone have any thoughts about Spin Box?
Or other alternative cost effective solutions.

Requirements would be:
 - Rich Media Support
 - Highly Targetable
 - Keyword Association
 - Easy to use interface
 - Windows NT OS
(These are the most important requirements)

 - Cost Effective [important]
   Double Click, Engage, Net Gravity - are perhaps not
   cost-effective, but rather competitive - their own
   networks selling at $3.00 CPM's etc...

I am having some good luck with Spin Box,
but I often get Java errors...
