Falling Click rates

Hello. I've been a subscriber to this list since March
and have been lurking and learning since then. My
background is in the broadcast relm, so I've had ALOT
to learn in the online advertising arena.

I have been compiling reports on our site activity and
have found that, since the beginning of the year, our
monthly impressions continue to rise at a decent rate,
but our click thru percentage is falling a significant
amount. My boss is, naturally, curious about this and
has charged me with finding an explanation. I was
hoping someone here might have some insight.. a
trend... a resource to point to an explanation
anything!
