One of their features is personalization. You can plug
your customer database (e.g. an Excel spreadsheet) into
it and write a message like:

Dear <name of customer>,

How's the weather in <customer's city>? We hope you are
enjoying the <last item bought> you bought from us on
<date>.

I may have misunderstood what you meant when you said
personalization though.

For example, if your newsletter has sections A, B, C
and D. Subscriber 1 wants to see sections ABC.
Subscriber 2 only wants section B. Subscriber 3 wants
all sections... I just e-mailed Mailloop tech support
to ask, and they can NOT do that.
