Hi Allan,

I run a network of educational sites, so since most
students and teachers aren't in school during the
summer, my traffic is about half of what it usually
is. While I know that doesn't directly apply to your
site, I would expect that it does have some effect.
College and even high school students often have high
speed networks at school that they lose access to when
the summer comes. The same could also be said for the
teachers at these schools. Anyway, if this
demographic represents a significant part of your
traffic, I would expect it to come into play.
Personally, I just try to ride it out and rejoice when
the school year starts :)

You may want to check things like the search engines
and see if your usually high ranking terms are still
ranking your site well.
