Robert,

I use my own banner administrator to handle this
situation (Central Ad Pro) - I supply "Campaign" code
as my house default image source and link reference to
the Network - then you can administer you own house ads
with a great deal of flexibility. I don't use Flycast
(i'm in Australia) so I can not answer on their policy
about this but it is worth asking.
