Hiya,

My recommendation is to try a combination of real life
and online advertising. Send mail to High Schools and
Colleges and advertise in teenager materials such as
TeenInk (teenink.com) or Seventeen (Seventeen.com). I
don't think it's a good idea to direct e-mail to a
young person that is below the age of 18 years. I
think you'd be dealing with COPPA laws if you got a
e-mails were sent to somebody 13 years or younger. I
think the best idea would be to advertise in an e-zine
directed towards teens and schools.
