Say there are 1,000 major airlines worldwide who could
buy your [passanger] jet airplane. A .000002
response rate would bury you.....

Just for the sake of arguments, you are selling
[corporate] jet airplanes. And there are 10,000
prospective buyers. The same response rate would still
bury you.....

And if you are selling military jets, there are some
240 independent countries around......and how many can
afford jets?

You still will get buried....
