Advertising and Branding B2B

I would like to have a clue from you concering a tough
thing, how to start an advertising campaign for a B2B
target: buyer and seller trader in consumer goods (from
apparel to house appliances).

The site is an e-marketplace with lots of products
worth no less than $50.000. Since this target is quite
spread and not so internet oriented, we decided to
allocate just a small part of our communication budget
for affiliation and co-marketing activities with very
targeted on line resources.

How would you estimate a mid value for a cost for
leads?
