Ideavirus.... ooooh ah... the sound of this is
daunting...
Are you referring to the promotion method of "viral
marketing", this is a more palatable and user friendly
word/approach.
Viral marketing is used by ICQ, Hotmail, and just
recently Microsoft throughout most of their sites.....
for those who don't know...it is viral because like a
virus it spreads. One person tells three, three tell
24, 24 tell 68....etc ALL of a promoted idea.
Hotmail's emails have a couple of lines under every
email sent...this is viral marketing, we do the same
with one of our products called 2bpop www.2bpop.com of
which we allow others to take advantage of in a
Partners Program.... this is the new way of Marketing
online...and VERY productive it is...as you use the
virus and people to do the work for you.....
Imagine.... millions of people telling millions MORE
about your product or service...etc. ALL with
netiquette taken into consideration.
It is the best promotion strategy we have seen on the
net for a long time.
