Internet advertising to sell art

Hello everyone,

So, I have a successful e-commerce site. Successful,
because my site is up, and the work in my art gallery
is beautiful. And, yes. It is all mine.

But, what is the next step. I have contracted Proboost
to put my site in the top 5 search engine hits. But
with art, even art sold as greeting cards, the chances
of people waking up early and saying, "Yes, it's time
to order some greeting cards" is well... not an
everyday occurrence.

So, I need to advertise. Banner advertising is the
obvious route. I am especially intrigued with the idea
of purchasing advertising from companies that have put
together a network of heavy hit sites and offer a
banner rotation on these sites.

Does anyone know of such companies.
