You can obviously go to marketing sources and small
business services, but they are very expensive, as most
I have dealt with keep very strictly to the standard
charges approved by their particular institutes. Most
copy writers I have dealt with are not very
compromising when it comes to price.
SO...what I did was consult some press release writing
books, and found a very good formula, of which I am
assured is a standard in the Media an Journalism
trade....
Who is doing what for whom?
When, where, and why are they doing it?
How is it being done?
What are the results?
I tried this method never having written a press
release before, and showed it to a journalism friend
retired now, been in the game and known in press
offices around the world, he thought it was great...I
was shocked I thought it was luck, and wrote another
couple....he believed they were ALL good...and worthy
of submitting. (Just had to have good content ...that's
all!!!)
Anyway...if you follow these principles you will at
least get something that resembles a story.... as I
said...content plays a major part in it though.
Good luck
