1. get thick skin
2. don't worry about the people who have time to
   complain, they aren't anybody's customers
3. buy banner ads so that people only resent you a
   little, or ignore you completely
4. buy opt-in ads so people only resent you a little,
   or ignore you completely

it would be interesting to be ablke to buy longtime
list members - only people who have been on the list
for x weeks or months, and/or only people who have
responded to at least one ad

how about people who are on a cross-section of two
lists?
