best promotion tools and advertising methods

Hello,

I'm a sales manager of Web Space Station, a team of
professional designers and programmers. We are
currently working on new products like logo, web site,
e-commerce site, banner which will have fixed prices
and deliverables in contrast to the same but custom
services. My goal is to develop a effective marketing
plan for these products. Who can advise me what are the
best advertising methods? Newsletters? Opt-in lists? Or
something else?

The other question is what are the most efficient
promotion ways? How can I heavily increase traffic to
our site? May be these questions are many time
discussed already. But the world is changing and
marketing strategies too. So, I would like to know most
effective ways for today. Thanks to all.
