Andrew,

Anything, absolutely anything, that will get your site
onto Yahoo is worth this sort of money.

I'm in the UK and the Business Express service is not
available here. If it were, I'd recommend it to all of
my clients who are not on yet. Most sites takes months
or years to get onto Yahoo, and most never make it at
all. If you have a decent site, and have read all the
Yahoo guidelines, I would advise you to go for it. A
Yahoo listing could more than double your traffic
overnight.
