Hi Bruce,

This depends on the banner ad and the design. For some
designs, having the URL in it simply doesn't look nice.
As a general rule of thumb, if it's a nice and snappy
.com URL, I include it in the banner ad, seeing the
domain helps branding to some extent even if they don't
click on it.
