Ad Publishers who accept CPA media buys

I need to cut some corners and am hoping that ad
publishers on this list can help me. We need to expand
our list of ad publishers that accept performance
based, or CPA deals (but not cost per click). Please
email me your site URL and, if you have a media kit
posted online, please also give me that URL as well. We
are in a rush for this information so any help you can
give me is greatly appreciated.
