Outsourcing ad sales

Hi OADers--

We are an advertising-based web site and we are
interested in outsourcing our advertising sales
efforts. We have been trying to find firms that
specialize in selling online advertising inventory,
especially incentivized clicks. We have a short list
of firms, but before we make our final decision, I want
to make sure I talk to all of the qualified firms out
there. Can anyone recommend 1 or 2 firms that sell
online advertising? I'm not talking about the
network-type companies or companies like 24-7 or
DoubleClick. They are not interested in selling
incentivized clicks and they don't want to sell
email-based ads. They mostly sell banners. Any help
would be appreciated.
