Email is the simplest, least obtrusive means of
communication, unless it is abused of course.

Quite frankly, I'm much more irked by cold calls or
voicemail messages, than a simply email inquiries.

I realize that many of us are inundated with emails but
a simple "reply" is still much easier and less time
consuming than returning a call.

We have to keep that in mind and not take this spam
issue to a paranoid extreme. What we do have to do is
fight abuse.
