I've come across several different formats. The best
format seems to be whatever works best for you. But
no matter what the format, certain information needs to
included in the RFP such as budget, desired target
demographic, and campaign duration.

It's good to have the salespeople fill out a section in
the RFP that justifies the proposal; a buy rational.
This way, you can deduce for yourself if the proposed
is truly a good fit for your product/service.
Remember, you're the one in control of the process.
