Escrow Account Avoids Fraud in Getting Marketing Results

Hello,

I have an idea that can eliminate the risk in buying
marketing services on the Internet: escrow.

An escrow is set up to ensure performance of an
agreement between two parties, usually used in real
estate.

My belief is that it can be used for advertising. For
example, I have an affiliate site
www.zoomplus2001.com, and all I need to do is to drive

traffic there, I don't have to deliver product, etc.,
it is completely automated.

We would select possible vendor providing marketing.
And then, a reputable third party, a computer savvy
law firm, would monitor our stats page. And when a
vendor makes a certain number of unique visitors
arrive, and/or sales result, a set amount would be
paid to the vendor creating that traffic.

At present, we have no interest in "branding" or any
other long term strategy, just simply driving the
traffic to a credit-card ready buying affiliate site.

Note: a vendor would have the exclusive as long as they
drive enough traffic in, so there is no question where
the sales are coming from.

It's that simple, the vendor can use any non-spamming,
legal, and appropriate method to drive traffic in,
ezine ads, solo mailings. We don't care how it is done
in general, just so long there are profitable results.
If it costs the vendor $100 to make us $500, we're
happy to share the $400.

Is anyone interested in doing this work? Or have any
comment on this?
